Josh Bouchard went above and beyond to secure the exact color and model I wanted for my new 2025 CX5 when other dealers would have told me to kick rocks or tried to sell me on one I didn’t exactly want with inventory dwindling down for the last year of this body style. Ted and Brauc went above and beyond in all aspects of us buying our new Mazda cx5. We drove from Boise to Twin Falls because Goode was the only place that had the trim we wanted. Called and got approved over the phone. Ted stopped our car from being sold out from under us before we got there the next morning. Brauc was an industry gem when it comes to finance guys. Everything was easy to understand, no hidden fees, extremely respectful, and was adamant about getting us the best financing terms and APR. We had a small issue with a scratch on the taillight and it was swiftly taken care of. We couldn’t ask for a better experience in one of the things everyone dreads. 10/10 would buy from again.
Drove thru to kinda just window shop and look at some of their vehicles as we were planning on getting my wife a Mazda in a month or two. Wound up getting stopped by the lot manager Josh who was extremely friendly and convinced us that it was a really good day to buy a car as some deals were expiring and inventory being cleared. Couple hours later and we wound up driving home in just the exact car we were looking for at the exact price we were looking to spend. All the while being treated more than exceptionally good the whole time. No bait and switch, no pressuring, just straight to the point and worked with us the whole way. Had a pretty sour taste in my mouth for car dealerships after having some not so good experiences with them, but Goode Mazda in twin totally showed me what a honest and fair dealership can accomplish. These guys rock and will definitely recieve more business from us in the future!

Was looking for a CX-50 in the cypress green color and Goode had the one I was looking for! I’m in Seattle, and originally talking to another dealer in the Seattle area but they couldn’t get me the color and trim level I wanted without ordering it in or shipping it from another dealer. So I called Goode realizing it was the end of the day on the weekend and Josh picked up. He said they had the car, and were willing to work with me on the price. He did everything he could to get us the best deal and all the discounts he could knowing we were out of state! He called me promptly Monday morning to get the ball rolling and by noon I had my deposit down! Josh was able to save me $5,000 more than the other dealership I was working with. Granted I have to fly out to go pickup the car, but well worth it, knowing I got a good deal. I cannot thank him enough for helping me get the car I wanted!

My spouse and I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Goode Motor Mazda in early September 2025. Our salesperson was Josh Bouchard, and the General Manager was Steve Long. The buying process seemed smooth at first, but once the sale was finalized, the follow-through fell apart. When we picked up the car, there were visible scratches across the top and other marks that clearly should have been caught before delivery. Josh photographed the issues himself and assured us they would be fixed. He even offered to pick the vehicle up from my spouse’s workplace—something that never happened. We ended up bringing it back on our own time. We met with Steve Long on September 9 to explain what had happened. He said he would look into it and contact us. Nearly three weeks passed with no update. The only time we heard from anyone again was after we emailed him ourselves. Even then, the responses were brief, deflecting the matter to others rather than taking responsibility. Every single follow-up came only because we initiated it. The promises to “make it right” and “follow up” were never kept, and the dealership’s communication after the sale was nearly nonexistent. For a new-car purchase, that’s unacceptable. We expected professionalism, honesty, and consistent communication. Instead, it felt like once the sale was complete, we no longer mattered. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Goode Motor Mazda.
